How do i smuggle drugs across the border?

Hey, i have 20 kilos of heroin that my friend wants me to ship to him across the mexican border and down to a little town about 200 miles south. Im kinda nervous to try it but he says he really needs the stuff. obviously i cant just stuff 20 kilos up my anus haha, anyone have an idea on how to go about this without getting caught?
